JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Kristen: No they told me I wanted to fight but I didn't
mean it when I asked that woman if I could help
her
Grant: No. Durham County never gives early release
unless they have to.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Kristen: I don't know
Grant: None. But you can get priviledges like work
detail or even work release that gets you out of
the jail for a few hours a day.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Kristen: fighting, having sex(oral;or intercourse, drugs
Grant: Don't start fights, don't talk back, don't give
the staff any trouble.
