JM: What else would you want a friend or family member to know if they have a loved one going to this jail?
Kristen: be there for them
Grant: Jail is not fun but it is not prison either.
County jail is safer because of how it is set up
with constant observation by guards and staff.
But you also have no privacy ever. you are
watched 24/7 even toilet and shower, everything,
so just get over it, and otherwise know that you
will get through it and get out when your time is
up.
JM: If somebody knows they will be serving time in this jail what is your advice to them?
Kristen: keep your mouth shut
Grant: Other than playing cards or such, just keep your
mouth shut and your back to the wall and do what
you are told to do by guards and staff and you
will get through it ok.
